We hope you will love your purchase from C's Soft Furnishings, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 14 days and return it to us within 14 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Please note that we do not give refunds on:

  • Items returned after 14 days.
  • Items without a completed returns form.
  • Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 14 days.

Please ensure that returns are packed and labeled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. (This does not affect your statutory rights.) The above terms and conditions are applicable on all orders.

For addresses in:

  • England, Wales, Southern Mainland Scotland and Northern Ireland,
  • Worldwide & EU countries please e-mail me for a quotation.
  • For orders over £74.00 please contact me for a quote.
 

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT
